Women’s health & pelvic floor physiotherapy in Budapest
Pelvic floor and women's health physiotherapy in Budapest: pregnancy, after birth, leaks, pelvic pain and prolapse. Sessions in English, French and Hungarian.
Conditions we treat
Bladder and bowel control
Leaking when you cough, laugh or run, sudden urgency, difficulty emptying, constipation or problems with wind control. These problems are common and very treatable.
During pregnancy
Back and pelvic girdle pain, preparing your pelvic floor for birth, and staying active safely through each trimester.
After birth
A postnatal check of the pelvic floor and abdominal wall, diastasis recti, scar care and a safe return to exercise.
Chronic pelvic pain
Persistent pain in the pelvis, when sitting or during periods, including pain linked to endometriosis. We work alongside your doctor.
Heaviness or bulging
A dragging or bulging feeling in the pelvis that may point to pelvic organ prolapse. Targeted training can reduce symptoms.
Sexual health and intimacy
Pain during intercourse, difficulty with penetration or reduced sensation. Sessions go at your pace, with your consent at every step.
Before and after surgery
Preparation and rehabilitation around gynaecological surgery, so you recover with confidence.
How we treat
- Individual pelvic floor training: a programme built from your own assessment, not a generic list of exercises.
- Biofeedback: see your muscle activity on screen to learn how to contract and relax correctly.
- Systematic desensitisation: a gradual, gentle approach for pain or fear linked to touch or intimacy.
- Scar therapy: mobilising caesarean, episiotomy or surgical scars to reduce pain and tightness.
